Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, resalable condition.
For returns:

Always request approval for your return via our return form—returns without approval cannot be processed.
Easy 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Request Return Details
Fill out our contact form and include your order number, email address, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Send Your Order Back
Ship the items to the provided return address. Make sure to use a Track & Trace code and keep it safe. You, as the sender, are responsible for the package.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we have received and inspected your package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days.
